Nokia E90 - Two month review

Using N90 for the last 60 days now, so putting down a small review of what I feel about it. The Nokia E90 is very good phone with the best features but of course with a price tag.

The Nokia E90 Communicator is vested with a 330 MHz ARM processor and therefore the performance of the mobile device and its features are not only wonderful, but they are fantastic. The Nokia E90 Communicator is the latest addition to the set of contemporary high-performance devices for executives and business use.

Its sound quality is excellent. I have not owned any phone with this grade of sound quality. The only negative I could find is the size. But for me it is fine, looking at the features I am getting. The Nokia E90 Communicator comes with a dimension of 132 x 57 x 20 mm; the weight is around 210 gm. The screen is quite impressive and comes with 800 x 352 pixels resolution. It is based on the S60 platform, making a wealth of additional mobile applications available. The Nokia E90 Communicator also has an integrated GPS and Nokia Maps application and works like a charm.

The 3.2 mega pixel camera of the Nokia E90 is enhanced with flash and auto focus, and is accompanied by a QCIF camera for video calling. It offers high-speed mobile broadband, conference calling, camera, music, media player, and a large, easy-to-see display. You can browse the Internet and transfer media-rich files, browse and edit documents, access voice and data functions quickly and easily with the Nokia E90. I have Airtel EDGE activated. The speed of browsing is definitely faster than my earlier phones. I sometimes use it to connect it to my laptop and surf. It give average speed but still better than Relaince data card.

It is equipped with an FM radio, a music player, a video player and two cameras. I fail to understand why we cannot use the FM radio without plugging in the hands free ear plugs?

The user will never be short of entertainment on their new handset as the Nokia E90 come with an integrated 3.2 megapixel camera complete with built in flash with an auto focus feature. The Nokia E90 Communicator provides the user with a call friendly handset, when in it’s closed position as it comes with a 16 million colour screen and a numeric keypad situated externally.

Not faced even a single problem and just loving it. The browser on a wide screen is the best thing I find in this phone. Checking mail, publishing blogs, answering to support requests… it is just a wonder..!
