I am working on a web site http://www.penjunction.com (offline at the time of this post). Like very normal PhP + MySQL web site this also fetches data from MySQL and shows up on the pages. The database has some data which is stored in ALL CAPS. It has to be shown as Capitalized (upper case) first alphabet and rest in small or lower case.
